Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.
THIS MONTH: Chef Mark will be demonstrating how to bring some delicious fall flavors to some quick, healthy meals.
