Erin O’Donnell is the owner of Conundrum Consulting, a marketing resource for nonprofits specializing in grant writing. Her career spans 30 years within the marketing, PR, event planning and fundraising arena.

Matthew Donnelly

Treasurer

Matthew Donnelly is a retired CPA. He spent 35-years with KPMG where he specialized in tax services to clients in the restaurant and real estate industries. The Picnic Project welcomes his commitment to serve the community as well as his expertise in the financial services arena.

Meghan Killingsworth

Secretary

Meghan Killingsworth serves as Co-Pastor at First UMC Sanford and on the Guide Team for Imagine Hub, a community of churches working to think missionally about their space and resources.

Diane Sack

Acting Vice Chair

Diane Sack is a retired medical laboratory scientist who became a trusted volunteer leader for the Picnic Project during the pandemic.

Shannon Green

Board Member

Shannon Green is a senior communications leader and strategic advisor who helps mission-driven organizations turn purpose into measurable impact. She serves as senior manager of clinical communications at AdventHealth, where she partners with executive and clinical leadership within a multi-state health system to drive engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and advance strategic priorities that improve health outcomes.

Rebekah Richey

Board Member

Rebekah Richey is a retired elementary school teacher who works tirelessly advocating for issues relating to education, equality, and justice. Her passion and network make her an asset to the Picnic Project Board as she strives to help alleviate the racial wealth gaps that are evident in all aspects of society.
