About the Event
FEBRUARY TOPIC: Rest & Sleep. Nurse Hawley will be teaching us about the impotance of rest and discussing sleep tips, sleep apnea, and some healhty, natural sleep aids. Also, Chef Mark Thompson will be doing a culinary demo and preparing a healthy lunch! This is part of Choices, Changes, and Challenges - a call to better health for 2023.
