About the Event
Nurse Hawley will be teaching us about the impotance of our action for our health & wellbeing. Also, Chef Mark Thompson will be doing a culinary demo and preparing a healthy lunch! This is part of Choices, Changes, and Challenges - a call to better health for 2024.
