About the Event
Nurse Hawley will be getting us moving, speaking about wellness, and spotlighting men's health. Also, Chef Mark Thompson will be doing a culinary demo and preparing a healthy lunch utilizing whole chickens (good for you and your budget)! This is part of Choices, Changes, and Challenges - a call to better health for 2024.
