About the Event
Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.
THIS MONTH: Seminole Health will be speaking on Breast & Cervical Cancer early detection.
Also, Chef Mark will be sharing some tips on saving $$ at the grocery store and some summer recipes that are budget-friendly, healthy, quick AND delicious!
