About the Event
Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.
THIS MONTH: We're going to learn more about those confusing food date labels that make us wonder if our groceries are safe to eat. Understanding them, as well as proper food storage, will lead us to waste less and save more!
Also, Chef Mark will be sharing and demonstrating a couple of delicious recipes.
