About the Event
Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.
THIS MONTH: We will learn all about the prevention, care and treatment of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
And Chef Mark will be demonstrating some easy, refreshing recipes perfect for your summer cookouts!
