About the Event
Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.
THIS MONTH: Dr. Richard Pratley will be discussing new treatments for diabetes and obesity.
Chef Mark will be doing a (non-)cooking demonstration centered no-cook recipes to keep us and our kitchens cool as we head into the hot summer months.
